Reach Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
REACH EAP is the provider of Medina County’s employee assistance program. The program provides employees, their family members and anyone who is currently living with the employee, with face to face counseling as well as web access to additional programs. Information and services can be obtained through their website.

Help is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year with one toll-free phone call. Caring, compassionate professionals offer confidential expert counseling and guidance for personal and work-related problems, including:
- Job stress and other job related problems
- Balancing Work/Life needs
- Relationship, parenting and family problems
- Grief and loss
- Depression, anxiety, and other emotional issues
- Drug and alcohol abuse
- Legal and financial concerns
Individuals can also request face-to-face counseling sessions. An appointment is promptly provided near where the individual lives or works.

This program is at no cost to you and provides educational program materials and financial tools to assist you with developing and implementing a plan to save for retirement, retire debt, create a budget, and more. Features available to you are a self-paced program based on your individual goals with tools for budgeting and tracking financial goals, a guided financial plan, video content from Dave Ramsey, monthly group coaching, one-on-one coaching, etc. When you enroll you will work directly through a web portal and your information is only accessible by you; the County has no access to your information nor can other County employees see who is participating.
