Effective March 18, 2020, The Medina County Sanitary Engineer has CLOSED its Billing and Permit Department customer service counters at the Medina County Sanitary Engineering (MCSE) Building, 791 W. Smith Road, Medina, Ohio, to in-person business.  All other matters of MCSE business remain unchanged.

We thank you for your cooperation as we implement best management practices intended to slow the transmission of viral infection and apologize for any inconvenience you may experience.  The MCSE remains committed to providing, maintaining, and managing water and wastewater service for our customers.

Utility bills may be paid through your customer portal via the MCSE website at:  https://www.medinaco.org/sanitary/ or by telephone to 1-855-291-3463.  For customers paying in person, your check or money order payment (no cash permitted) may be placed in the night drop-box located on the W. Smith Road side of the Engineering Building.  Please note your MCSE customer account number and email address on your drop-box payment to receive a receipt electronically.  Water shut-offs for non-payment have been suspended at this time by the MCSE to provide uninterrupted access to water for cleaning, hydration, and other fundamental health needs.

Please communicate any questions related to your MCSE utility bill to mcsebilling@medinaco.org
