Temporary voting location change for Tuesday, August 2 Primary Election

There will be a second Primary Election this year on Tues., Aug. 2.

The Medina County Fair takes place from August 1–7.

Many voters in Medina County vote on Election Day at the Medina Fairgrounds Community Center.

FOR THIS ELECTION ONLY — Voters who usually vote at the Medina Fairgrounds Community Center

will vote at a new TEMPORARY voting location:

Ohio Army National Guard Armory
920 Lafayette Road
Medina, Ohio 44256

The Medina County Board of Elections has mailed blue notification postcards to all voters affected.

In addition, voters are encouraged to take advantage of Ohio’s many voting opportunities.

Early in-person absentee voting begins Wednesday, July 6, 2022 at:

An early voting schedule is available at Medina@OhioSOS.gov

Apply to receive an absentee ballot by mail until noon on Saturday, July 30, 2022.

Return voted absentee ballots in-person at the Medina County Board of Election office by 7:30 pm on

Election Day, or mail the ballots postmarked no later than the day before Election Day.
