Garman Road Well Site Development Project

The Medina County Sanitary Engineers (MCSE) is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from interested consulting firms for professional design services described herein.

The Board of Commissioners of Medina County currently owns a parcel of land (PPN 04115C24001) located at the northwest corner of the Garman and Westfield Road intersection. On this property, there is currently one (1) production well and two (2) observation wells. The intent of this project is to develop the existing production well and install and develop an additional production well on the property near one of the existing observation wells, in addition to installing a permanent backup generator and installing approximately 2,900 linear feet of a 12” raw water main while connecting to an existing raw water main on Westfield Road.

MCSE is seeking qualified engineering firms to provide professional design services in the following categories: Surveying, Permitting, Design, Contract Documents and Specifications, Construction Estimate, Bid Process, Bid Analysis, and Construction Administration.
