Greenwich Road and Lake Road Watermain Improvement Project

The Medina County Sanitary Engineers (MCSE) is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ’s) from interested consulting firms for professional design services described herein.

The MCSE currently has two (2) dead end water mains located at 6352 Greenwich Road and 8989 Lake Road. To increase the volume of water and provide redundancy to the Speedway tower district, the MCSE has determined the need to connect the two (2) dead end water mains. This project will require the installation of approximately 1,200 linear feet of 12” water main from 8989 Lake Road south to Greenwich Road, and then approximately 3,300 feet of 12” water main west to 6352 Greenwich Road.

MCSE is seeking qualified engineering firms to provide professional design services in the following categories: Surveying, Permitting, Design, Contract Documents and Specifications, Construction Estimate, Bid Process, and Bid Analysis.
