Request for Sealed Bids County Home Farmland lease

LEGAL NOTICE

Sealed bids will be received by the Board of County Commissioners, Medina, Ohio in the office of said Commissioners located in the Medina County Commissioners Hearing Room, 144 North Broadway, Medina, Ohio until 1:30 P.M. Ohio time Wednesday February 24, 2021.  Immediately following bids will be opened as provided by law for the two (2) year lease of 28.8 acres of land surrounding the County Home in Lafayette Township in accordance with specification now on file in the Medina County Commissioners’ Office, 144 N. Broadway for all prospective bidders.  All bids shall be filed in a sealed envelope by the time and place specified.  Said envelope shall be marked “County Home Farmland”. The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
