Legal Notice: Request for Qualifications Process for Technology Building System Design Services for the Medina Courthouse Project
REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS PROCESS FOR TECHNOLOGY
BUILDING SYSTEM DESIGN SERVICES FOR THE
MEDINA COURTHOUSE PROJECT
The Board of Commissioners of Medina County (Board) intends to enter into a contract with a qualified firm to provide Technology Building System design services such as designing information technology, security, audio visual, accessibility, grounding and cross discipline coordination and consultation for a new county courthouse (Medina Courthouse Project). The Board of Commissioners invites interested, experienced Technology Building System design firms to submit Statements of Qualifications to provide the Technology Building System design services as described above in connection with the Medina Courthouse Project. Statements of Qualifications will be evaluated based on 1) competence to perform the required management services, 2) capacity of qualified personnel, equipment and facilities to perform the services, 3) past performance attested by prior clients, and 4) financial capacity and ability to provide a letter of credit or surety bond.
