Request for Proposals for Qualified Consultant to Develop Medina County Public Transit’s new Strategic Plan
REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
Medina County Public Transit seeks a qualified consultant to develop the agency’s new Strategic Plan. One of the primary purposes of the plan will be to create and develop a clear vision for the future of Medina County Public Transit. The chosen consultant will work closely with the Medina County Commissioners, County Administration and staff, and Medina County Public Transit to develop a work plan to guide project activities and communications, conduct an orientation and briefing sessions as to project goals and potential outcomes including the development and implementation of techniques/initiatives to promote public involvement, and evaluate and define trends, gaps, and needs with respect to future access to public transportation and needs, both current and future. Proposals will be accepted beginning July 16, 2021 and are due in the Medina County Commissioners Office by August 12, 2021 at 12:00 Noon. Medina County Commissioners Office is located at 144 North Broadway Street, Room Number 201, Medina, Ohio 44256. Proposals shall be in a sealed envelope with the exterior explicitly labeled as follows: RFP Strategic Plan Development Services.
