LEGAL NOTICE

The Board of Commissioners of Medina County (“Board”) is seeking qualifications from architectural firms for designing the expansion and renovation of the Medina County Veteran Services Building located at 210 Northland Drive, Medina, Ohio. The anticipated scope of these services is: design development, technical drawings and documents, bidding and permitting, and construction administration. The project will entail construction of an addition of space to the existing building, to include a vehicle garage and meeting room. This project will also include renovation of existing office space to provide a more efficient working environment for staff and clients.

Three copies of the Statement of Qualifications should be clearly marked “RFQ-Architectural Services Veteran Services Building” and submitted to: Christopher Jakab, County Administrator, Medina County Commissioners, 144 North Broadway Street, Room 201, Medina, OH 44256, no later than 4:00 p.m. on July 31, 2023.
