LEGAL NOTICE
REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP): Food Services at the
Medina County Jail and Juvenile Detention Center

The Medina County Board of Commissioners (“County”) will be accepting sealed proposals, through competitive solicitation, from qualified Vendors to provide Food Services at the Medina County Jail and Juvenile Detention Center.  Proposals will be received by the Medina County Board of Commissioners, c/o Chris Jakab, Medina County Administrator, Medina County Administration Building, 144 N. Broadway, Room 201, Medina, OH 44256, until 2:30 PM (EST), Thursday, November 2, 2023.  Each proposal must be accompanied by a proposal bond, or a certified check, cashier’s check or letter of credit in the amount of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00).  Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “Proposal for Medina County Jail and Detention Center Food Services” by the date and time specified. The County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any informalities in the proposals.  The proposal package is available at the Office of the Board of Medina County Commissioners, 144 N. Broadway, Medina, OH 44256, 330-722-9208, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm or by downloading the proposal package at https://sanitaryengineer.co.medina.oh.us/cgi-bin/commissioners-biddocs/select_project.cgi.
