COMPUTERIZED CASE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOR THE MEDINA COUNTY CLERK OF THE COURT OF COMMON PLEAS GENERAL DIVISION AND DOMESTIC RELATIONS DIVISION
The Clerk of the Court of Common Pleas of Medina County and the Board of Medina County Commissioners are requesting proposals from qualified vendors for a computerized case management system for cases in the Legal Division of the Clerk’s Office. The case management system must include programming for the management of general civil, criminal and domestic relations cases, bookkeeping, e-filing, e-service, online payments, public access, reports, forms, scheduling and interfaces with law enforcement and other government agencies.
Vendors will take note that the Request for Proposals (RFP) document will include further instructions and the date and time for a pre-proposal conference to be held at the Clerk of Courts Office. Vendors intending to respond to the RFP are required to register their contact information and email at the office of Rhonda Beck, Clerk of the Medina County Board of County Commissioners at firstname.lastname@example.org. Registration will be a condition of eligibility to respond to the RFP for the purpose of assuring accurate communication with interested vendors. Registration does not obligate the registrant to respond to the RFP.
