Legal Notice – 2023 Statements of Qualifications for providing professional design services for projects

LEGAL NOTICE

MEDINA COUNTY SANITARY ENGINEERS

In accordance with section 153.71 of the Ohio Revised Code (ORC) notice is hereby given to interested design professionals and professional design firms that the Medina County Sanitary Engineer is seeking 2023 Statements of Qualifications for providing professional design services for projects that will have a professional design fee of less than $50,000.00.

An electronic copy of this LEGAL NOTICE can be obtained from the Medina County Sanitary Engineer web page at www.medinaco.org.

Statements of Qualifications shall at a minimum address ORC section 153.65 (D) (1a), (2) and (3).

The required services may include professional design, surveying, construction management and administrative services (i.e. rules and regulations, technical specifications, etc.) for Medina County Sanitary Engineer.

Statements of Qualifications must be electronically submitted to the Medina County Sanitary Engineer at email address jsinko@ohmedinaco.org by 4:00 P.M. on December 21, 2022 in order to be considered for the services to be rendered from January 1, 2023, to December 31, 2023.
