Legal Notice – 2023 Gasoline Bid

LEGAL NOTICE

Sealed letters marked “2023 Gasoline Bid” expressing an interest in periodic verbal quotations for bulk gasoline purchases will be received by the Board of Commissioners in Medina, Ohio, in the office of said Commissioners located at 144 North Broadway, Room 201, Medina, Ohio, 44256 until 1:30 p.m., EST, on Wednesday, December 14, 2022.

At that time, bid letters will be opened as provided by law and all interested parties placed on a bid list for 2023. Telephone bids will then be taken from interested parties throughout the year, as fuel is required. These bulk shipments will be delivered to 801 W. Smith Rd., Medina, Ohio.
