INVITATION TO BID

Separate sealed bids for the project Medina County Sanitary Engineers’ Elevated Water Storage Tanks and Lime Silo Rehabilitation Project 2023 will be received by the Medina County Sanitary Engineer, Medina County, Ohio at their office located at 791 West Smith Road, Medina, Ohio 44256 (south entrance) until 1:30 P.M. OHIO TIME on Tuesday December 13, 2022 at which time said bids will be opened and publicly read aloud.

Specifications and contract documents are available at the Medina County Sanitary Engineer’s Office, 791 W. Smith Road, Medina, Ohio 44256. Contract documents may be obtained upon payment of $50.00, none of which will be refunded. Electronic Copies of the Bid Documents can be obtained free of charge from the Medina County Sanitary Engineer web page at:

The estimated construction cost for this project is:

$1,534,000.00

Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty, payable to the owner in an approved form.

Each proposal must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the proposal and all persons interested therein. Each bidder must submit evidence of its experiences on projects of similar size and complexity.

The Board of County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any and all bids, or to increase, decrease or omit any item or items and/or to award to the lowest and best bidder.
