INVITATION TO BID
Separate sealed bids for The 2022 Home Sewage Treatment System Replacement Project Contract B will be accepted no later than Wednesday, September 13, 2023 at 1:30 pm, Ohio
time, in the office of the Medina County Sanitary Engineer, 791 W. Smith Road, Medina, Ohio 44256 (south entrance), at which time all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
All bids must be completed on forms provided by the Medina County Health Department and submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked The 2022 Home Sewage Treatment System
Replacement Project Contract B, at the time and date set forth above.
Specifications, Bidding Forms, and Contract Documents are available at the Medina County Sanitary Engineer’s, 791 W. Smith Road, Medina, Ohio 44256. Contract documents may be obtained upon payment of $50.00, none of which will be refunded. (Checks are to be made payable to the Medina County Sanitary Engineers.)

The estimated construction cost for this project is: $120,000.00.
All prospective BIDDERS, CONTRACTORS and other interested parties are invited to attend a pre-bid meeting at the Medina County Engineering Center, 791 W. Smith Road, Medina, Ohio at
1:30 P.M., Friday, September 1, 2023.
Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty, payable to the Medina County Health Department in an approved form.
Each Proposal must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the proposal and all persons interested therein. Each bidder must submit evidence of its experiences on projects of
similar size and complexity.
The Medina County Health Department reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or to increase, decrease or omit any item or items and/or to award to the lowest and best bidder.
