Invitation to Bid: Hinckley Wastewater Treatment Plant Rotating Biological Contactor Replacement

The Board of Medina County Sanitary Engineer will accept SEALED BIDS in their office, located at 791 W. Smith Road, Medina, Ohio 44256 until 1:30 PM OHIO TIME, Thursday, October 10, 2019 at which time said bids will be opened and publicly read aloud for the Hinckley Wastewater Treatment Plant Rotating Biological Contactor Replacement inside the existing nitrification building at the Hinckley Wastewater Treatment Plant.

Specifications and contract documents are available at the Medina County Sanitary Engineers Office, 791 W. Smith Road; Medina, Ohio 44256.  The estimated construction cost of this project is: $190,000.00

All prospective BIDDERS, CONTRACTORS and other interested parties are invited to attend a pre bid meeting at the Hinckley Wastewater Treatment Plant, 85 Ridge Road, Hinckley, Ohio at

10:00 A.M., Thursday, September 26, 2019.

Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty, payable to the owner in an approved form.

Each Proposal must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the proposal and all persons interested therein. Each bidder must submit evidence of its experiences on projects of similar size and complexity.

The Board of County Commissioners reserve the right to reject and/or accept all bids submitted.
