Kitchen Lead – Wadsworth (Full-Time)
The Medina County Board of Commissioners is seeking a Kitchen Lead for the Office for Older Adults.
Responsibilities:
The Kitchen Lead works under the direction of the Food Operations Supervisor. Responsible for preparation and serving of meals on-site for consumption in the café at Soprema Senior Center. Responsible for POS operations, including credit card and cash interactions. Must adhere to food service practices in compliance with Medina County Health District, Western Reserve Area Agency on Aging (WRAAA) and Ohio Department of Aging (ODA), and Medina County Office for Older Adults mandates and directives.
Qualifications:
Graduate from high school or equivalent. Commercial cooking experience is required. Must possess ServSafe certification or obtain within 90 days of hire. Basic computer skills. Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Must possess and maintain reliable transportation.
Hours:
Monday – Friday variable hours
