What is DIAL?

DIAL stands for Digital Inclusion and Literacy. It is an introductory learning program to help individuals and communities have access to and use information and communication technologies.

Get Your Certificate

At the conclusion of each learning program, you will have the opportunity to take a survey to receive a Certificate of Completion. Present your certificate to Lit Fiber (formally Medina Fiber) to receive a 50% discount off your monthly bill for the first three months of service.

Or show your certificate at any Medina County Library for an extended (2-month) loan on a cellular hotspot.

Online video tutorials are available to watch from home, on your schedule. Classes are also available in-person for groups–for more information, please fill out this FORM.
