COVID-19 Information and County Operations

A Message from County Administrator Scott Miller:

Medina County is continuing to provide services while protecting both residents and employees. Steps taken by the County Commissioners include the closure of County buildings, yet residents may access County services by making appointments with those offices providing these needed services. The County is currently encouraging employees to work from home, and those that cannot are on a rotating schedule to encourage social distancing. The County maintenance department and cleaning staff are keeping County buildings in good repair and cleaned, with additional cleaning being provided at the Courthouse. The County is following guidelines established by the Governor of Ohio, and staff reductions have not taken place in the form of layoffs. Please know that the Commissioners are doing everything possible to ensure County services continue and residents are served.

Please find below the latest information on County Operations during COVID-19.
