BID FOR SOLID WASTE SERVICES

The Medina County Board of Commissioners, acting in its capacity as the Board of the Medina County Solid Waste Management District, hereby announces its Invitation to Bid for the purpose of Single Stream Recycling Drop-Off Services (“Recycling Drop-Off Services”) within Medina County. On April 25, 2023, Resolution number 23-0325 was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board.

There will be an informational, non-mandatory pre-bid meeting for interested Bidders on May 15, 2023, at the Medina County Solid Waste District Offices, 8730 Lake Road, Seville, Ohio 44273, at 11:00 a.m. Selected Bidder must secure a Performance Bond as required for provision of the Required Services. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any irregularities or informalities, and to negotiate final terms and conditions of the Contract, including but not limited to, the Contract price with the Contractor that is selected by the Board to receive the Contract.
