2nd Public Hearing Notice

The Medina County Board of Commissioners hereby provides notice that it intends to adopt a resolution to increase the levy of the sales tax under 5739.021(A) and storage, use and other consumption under 5741.021 by .20% to support criminal and administrative justice services in the County and pay expenses of administering the levy, for a continuing period of time. Two public hearings have been scheduled to provide citizens with adequate opportunity to view information and comment on the proposed sales tax levy. The first public hearing is scheduled for Monday, April 30, 2018 at 8:00 a.m. and the second public hearing is scheduled for Thursday, May 3, 2018 at 6:30 p.m. Both public hearings will be held at the Medina County Administration Building, 144 N. Broadway Street, Room 201 Medina.
