| EXERCISE | Available Mondays & Fridays at 10:45 a.m. in Healthy Corners. This group uses light weights and dynabands to stretch and strengthen muscles. There are no floor exercises and the exercises can be done in a seated position. Weights and dynabands are provided. |
| PACE EXERCISE CLASS | Offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:30 - 11:30 a.m. This program uses therabands for strengthening and stretching. |
| CRAFTS | Meets Tuesdays and Thursdays beginning at 8:30 a.m. These seniors usually bring their own crafts and teach each other how to do their projects. OOA has lots of craft materials on hand for you to use. New people are always welcome! |
| PINOCHLE | Meets every Friday 12:00 PM. Everyone is welcome to join in! |
| PAINTING CLASS | We have a wonderful group of painters who meet every Wednesday around 10:00 a.m. in the craft room. Just bring a few supplies and learn different techniques from these great artists. |
