1-14-08 Melinda Herman v. Jeff Fisk
This is an automobile accident case where the Plaintiff claims that the
Defendant was negligent while driving his car in which Plaintiff was a
passenger. Defendant denies that he was negligent.

2-11-08 Rogers v. Surgical Associates of Medina, Inc.
This jury trial involved a claim by the surviving spouse of a man who
Plaintiff claims was a victim of medical malpractice. Plaintiff claims
that Dr. Warren Rose and Dr. Susan Goodrich fell below the standard of
care when they treated her husband. The Defendant doctors deny they
committed malpractice.
The Plaintiff was represented by attorney Gary Mankowski from Sharon
Center, Ohio. The Defendant was represented by attorney Stephen Walters
of Akron, Ohio.
Verdict: After a four day trial, the jury found in favor of the Defendants and against the Plaintiff.
