New Local Rule 15 - Effective October 15, 2005


The Ninth District Court of Appeals adopted new Local Rule 15 designating the Court Administrator to serve as the Court's Magistrate.  The Court found that there was an immediate need for this Local Rule.  Pursuant to Sup.R. 5(A)(2), the Court adopted Local Rule 15 without prior notice and opportunity for comment.  The Court invites comment on Local Rule 15 along with the other proposed changes.
